About ICE Kraków

ICE Kraków – Prestige and Modernity

The ICE Kraków Congress Centre is the business and cultural flagship of the city. Located in the very heart of Kraków, it is a convenient place for the organisation of diverse events: from international congresses, conferences, symposiums and business meetings, through cultural events such as concerts, opera, theatrical and ballet performances, to social meetings. Thanks to the opening of the congress centre, Krakow has an infrastructure that lets everyone enjoy their visit to the capital of Małopolska to the fullest extent - a prestigious facility, high-class hotels and top-class cultural, culinary and shopping offers.

The ICE Kraków has three main halls at its disposal: the Auditorium Hall, the Theatre Hall and the Chamber Hall, which can accommodate a maximum of 1,915, 600 and 300 persons, respectively. Yhe "half-vineyard" type Auditorium Hall, thanks to technological and architectual solutions used for its construction, is one of the best concert and congress halls in Poland. The second biggest hall - the Theatre Hall - deserves special attention, as its foldable stands allow the floor area to be increased when it is used for banquets or exhibitions. With a total capacity of 3,200 people, the ICE Kraków also includes the Chamber Hall, which can accommodate up to 300 visitors and thanks to the mobile acoustics wall technology, can be divided into two halls with a capacity of 150 persons in each. The Conference Hall Complex with adjustable moving walls and a three-level glazed foyer provides an astounding view of the panorama of Krakow, including the Royal Castle on Wawel Hill.

The Congress Centre is surrounded by a special traffic system encompassing ground-level parking lots, a bus bay, bicycle parking areas, as well as a two-level underground parking lot for 336 vehicles. The nearest bus and tram stop is located only 50 meters away from the entrance, with 5 tram lines and 20 bus lines providing access to the facility. Travelling from the airport takes about 20 minutes, and it takes only about a quarter of an hour to get to the ICE Kraków from the central railway and bus station.
