On the 29th of October in the ICE Kraków Congress Centre the biggest event devoted to the career development of the students and graduates in Poland – the Absolvent Talent Days – will take place. Are you looking for a job or you want to make a change in your professional career? It is your chance.

400 prestigious employers from Poland and from abroad, almost 30 000 new job and apprenticeship offers, workshops and meetings with exceptional figures from the business world – the Absolvent Talent Days is the only event in Poland that supports the professional development of young workers of such scope.

“The goal of the Absolvent Talent Days is to connect young candidates with the appropriate employers in a professional manner, by taking into consideration modern technologies, as well as needs and motivations of both groups. Almost 8 000 young people who managed to find a job thanks to the Fair is the best testament to our success”, said Katarzyna Godlewska, CEO of Absolvent.pl, the organiser of the event.

Meet the employers and... stars: Anna Dymna and Anna Starmach!

Do you want to find or change a job? The Absolvent Talent Days offer you an opportunity to discuss and to present yourself directly to the recruiters, working for the top companies in Poland.

What should you know about the different types of agreements and contracts? What are the most common mistakes committed at the first steps of the career ladder? What do the CEOs of the largest companies in Poland have to say to the young people? You will get answers to those questions during discussion panels and workshops, straight from the most important personalities of the Polish market, representing companies such as pracuj.pl, State Street, PMI, Empik, Shell, Motorola or Integer.pl.

Special lectures were also prepared by the organisers of the Absolvent Talent Days in Krakow. Anna Dymna, an actress and the head of “Mimo Wszystko” foundation, and Anna Starmach, a jury member in “Master Chef”, broadcasted by the TVN will share their recipe for success with the audience.
