ICE entered to AIPC

The International Conferencing and Entertainment (ICE), a modern conference centre currently under construction in Krakow, is already a member of AIPC, an international association whose goal is development of the best practices connected with conference centre management. So far, the ICE has received the status of a provisional member – its full AIPC membership will be confirmed after the centre has been built and launched.

Currently, in Brussels a training course is being held as part of the AIPC Academy, with the participation of ICE representatives. Workshops and lectures concern such subjects as management, marketing, sales techniques, electronic event and finance management systems, recruitment and training courses for employees.

Let us remind you that ICE has been presented at trade fair and meetings in Poland and abroad for a year now. The centre representatives talked about the building at the Warsaw Meetings Poland Expo, and the EIBTM tourism fair in Barcelona. To-date ICE promotional actions have already resulted in three reservations for 2014 and 2015.

ICE is perfectly located (at Rondo Grunwaldzkie) and will be launched in 2014. The building will hold conference rooms, lecture theatres, a theatre stage, 2 multifunctional rooms and 10 banquet halls, dressing rooms, a press centre and restaurants. International conferences, festivals, concerts, film screenings and other cultural events on a large scale will be organised in ICE.
