ICE Krakow team gives a lecture at the Architecture of Congress seminar
Architecture of Congress – mechanisms for obtaining and organizing international congresses is a series of three seminars addressed at non-governmental institutions. The meetings are held in cities with the largest potential within the congress industry: Wrocław, Warsaw and Krakow. The ICE Krakow team will give one of the lectures at the Krakow seminar scheduled for tomorrow (the 26th of November) at the Polish Aviation Museum. The seminar will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m. Entrance is free of charge!
Educational and consulting meetings are aimed at creating a platform for communication for scientific or business associations and corporations which plan to organize congresses. They are to show the mechanisms for obtaining and the organization of international trade meetings.
Experts of the congress and conference industry will give lectures on such issues as: the all-inclusive organization of a congress, support for international trade meetings, application methods for the organization of congresses, designing the programme, budget, marketing and communication, selecting suppliers and contractors, execution and settling accounts for the project.
