InfoKraków Information Point at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre
Another location of the InfoKraków City Information network has been launched at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. Visitors will find information about the tourist attractions in Krakow, opening hours of museums, ticket prices, as well as available accommodations and means of transportation within the city. The location will also serve residents, who will be able to obtain details regarding the currently organised cultural events in the city.
Qualified employees of the information point, fluent in several languages, will help tourists and Krakow residents plan their day in the city and provide information about tourist attractions in the region. Tickets to current cultural events in the city will also be available for purchase at the location. Employees will be able to suggest interesting concerts, exhibitions and original attractions for children. The new InfoKraków point will also provide free publications that promote Krakow, including Karnet, the monthly magazine showing the cultural offerings of the Małopolska region capital. Employees will also point the way to attractive-priced accommodations and convenient ways to reach the city centre.
The information point is located right next to the ICE Kraków main entrance (Marii Konopnickiej 17). It opened on the 1st of April and it provides comprehensive services for tourists and city residents. Opening hours at 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM on days that ICE Kraków is open to visitors.
The InfoKraków City Information network is part of the organisational structure of the Krakow Festival Office.

The others may be found at the Balice International Airport, the Cloth Hall, the Wyspiański Pavillion (Wszystkich Świętych 2), at the Tourist Service Centre (Powiśle 11), at Św. Jana 2, Szpitalna 26 and Józefa 7.
