THE GREAT SPANISH GUITAR CELEBRATION

A concert inspired by Andalusian culture on the 23rd of January at ICE Kraków. Thanks to the clear tones of the guitar and its rhythmic energy, audiences will be able to feel the exotic temperament and sensuality of Spain.

The biggest attraction of the evening is the famous “Concierto de Aranjuez” by Joaquín Rodrigo. The 20th century masterpiece, in which the composer masterfully captured the atmosphere of the court of Charles IV and Ferdinand VII. Additionally, we will hear the dramatic sounds of Georges Bizet’s Carmen and Manuel de Falla’s El Amor Brujo. Soloist Rolando Saad is the only classical guitarist who has performed “Concierto de Aranjuez” in the most prestigious concert halls of the world. He will be accompanied by the excellent Great Symphony Orchestra.

The Spanish guitar celebration means winsome music, incredible and talented performers and the unforgettable sounds of the classic guitar. This evening will bring joy, evoke melancholy and arouse great passion!
