What will happen in Krakow during the meeting of unusual musical individuals remains a mystery for now. The kind of mystery you think about a lot, which intrigues people and makes them want to get closer. The concert, titled “Waglewski Plus”, is part of what the leader of Voo Voo – Wojciech Waglewski – does every day with his band, ever since the start of his career.

The open structure of Voo Voo is a natural opportunity to invite audiences to such shows as the memorable all-night concert in the quarry in Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula in 1995, the “Męskie Granie” concerts in 2010-2011, or last year’s concert during the 7th edition of the Soundedit International Music Producers Festival, as well as the festival in Jarocin. The open formula of Voo Voo guarantees artists of the highest quality on one state, coming from different musical worlds. With each project, the desire for musical dialogue and interaction, that is performances and joint improvisation, grows, and the musicians meeting on the stage are once again "ready to rumble”!

Wojciech Waglewski's family (and very concert-oriented) bands Voo Voo and Waglewski Fisz Emade are part of the general, eclectic landscape of contemporary popular music. They draw from rock, jazz, blues and folk, all of it coming together to form art far from the beaten, separate paths and rigid rigours.

The young band Tęgie Chłopy continues the tradition of dance music from the Kielce region in its authentic form. Their repertoire and instruments refer to the best practices – traditional bands that once played at rural parties. Natalia Przybysz is one of today's most charismatic and best-known Polish singers, inspired by soul, jazz and funk. Alim Qasimov is a master of Mugham, the more than a thousand years old classical music of Azerbaijan that combines traditional poetry with instrumental improvisation. He was a fantastic guest on Voo Voo's record Dobry wieczór and during the band’s concert at last year’s festival in Jarocin. And finally – an unexpected guest.
